Founder and Principal
As a student at the University of Washington, I realized early on that my unique set of life experiences, alongside my gifts for public speaking, strategy, and persuasion, made multicultural consulting a natural fit. I earned my BA in American Ethnic Studies in 2006.
Since college, I have led diversity and reconciliation trainings with college students, created and executed cultural competence training for higher education staff, been an inspirational keynote speaker, and I was successful in helping to make Seattle Pacific University's incoming freshman class its most ethnically diverse in university history (39% diversity, fall of 2015). I am also a gifted musical leader with the ability to teach musical groups how to effectively lead utilizing multicultural musical styles and in different languages.
